The bilingual (German / English) Kita Kidszone offers high-quality, loving, and needs-oriented care for children between the ages of 3 months and 6 years with care hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
As per sofort (we re flexible on this) , we are looking for a warm and independent educator with a 60% -100% workload to reinforce our team.

What should you bring along:
• At least a degree as FABE K, Early Childhood education or similar recognized in Switzerland or in progress of recognition
• if possible, 2 years of professional experience
• Mother tongue English or C1 Level (preferably with German knowledge) oder Mother tongue German and very good English (C1 level or higher)
• communicative personality
• team-oriented and independent way of working, a sense of responsibility and reliability
• high flexibility and resilience, social skills, commitment

Your area of responsibility includes:
• Support of the group leader in creating an attractive and rich of variety daily group dynamic
• Education, care, and support for the children
• Cooperation with the parents (settling in, parenting discussions, assessments, etc.)
• Instruction of interns or learners if you have the required training ( "Berufbildnerkurs")
• Assistance in projects and events at the daycare center

Die zweisprachige (Deutsch/Englisch) Kita Kidszone bietet qualitative, liebevolle und bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung für Kinder im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 6 Jahren mit Betreuungszeiten von 7.00 bis 19.00 Uhr.
Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Erweiterung zu unserem Team eine/n herzliche/n und selbstständige/n Fachfrau/mann Betreuung Kind mit einem 60%-100% Pensum.

Was solltest Du mitbringen:
• mind. Ausbildung als FABE Kind (FaBeK) oder als KleinkindererzieherIn (KKE)
• wenn möglich, 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Muttersprache Englisch oder C1 Level (vorzugsweise mit Deutschkenntnissen) oder Muttersprache Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch (C1 Level oder höher)
• kommunikative Persönlichkeit
• teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
• hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, Sozialkompetenz, Engagement

Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört:
• Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung in der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Gruppenlebens
• Betreuung, Pflege und Förderung der Kinder
• Kooperation mit den Eltern (Eingewöhnungen, Elterngespräche, Standortbestimmungen etc.)
• Anleitung von PraktikantInnen oder Lernenden (falls Berufsbildnerkurs vorhanden oder Bereitschaft diesen zu machen)
• Mithilfe an Projekten und Veranstaltungen der Kindertagesstätte
