Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a dynamic, international team?
We are a bilingual childcare centre located in the Zug area and are currently looking for a Co- Centre Manager to join us from August 2025

Position: Childcare Centre Manager
Location: Zug area, Switzerland
Workload: 80–100%
Languages: English (required), German (a plus)

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support a team of early years educators
• Ensure a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for children aged [e.g. 3 months – 5 years]
• Oversee daily operations and uphold Swiss childcare regulations
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and management
• Support curriculum development and implement pedagogical goals
• Handle scheduling, team meetings, and organizational tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) e.g. CACHE L 3 or equivalent.
• Leadership or management experience in a childcare/education setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A team player who is warm, responsible, and organized
• Swiss or EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
